Colleton Medical Center stocks the (blessing) box for the holidays

Team Colleton donated over 500 lbs. of non-perishables to the blessing box, showing their strong spirit of generosity and community care.

On Wednesday, November 20 Colleton Medical Center staff held a Stock the Box Food Drive to ensure the facility's blessing box remained stocked through the holidays.

Collectively Team Colleton donated over 500 lbs. of non-perishable items for the blessing box.

“The food drive is a testament to Team Colleton’s unwavering commitment to the care and improvement of human life,” said Jimmy Hiott, Colleton Medical Center CEO. “I continue to be humbled in the many ways our team consistently shows up for our community.”

The Blessing Box can be accessed via the Ambulatory Surgery Center parking lot at 304 Medical Park Dr. The community is invited to take what they need and leave what they can.
